These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Goalsbet platform (website: goalsbet.ws and its associated mobile applications) and all its users. By completing registration or using the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted all these terms.

In this document, "we", "Goalsbet", or "platform" refers to the entity operating goalsbet.ws. "You", "user", or "player" refers to any registered member or site visitor.

To open an account on Goalsbet, you must follow the rules below:

• Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false details may result in account termination.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• The account is for the registered user only — it cannot be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required, in which case a government-issued ID will be needed.

Minimum Age to Participate on goalsbet 18 years. No one under 18 years of age is permitted to register. If a minor is found to have opened an account, that account will be closed immediately.

The following categories of individuals are not permitted to participate on goalsbet:

• Users whose accounts have been previously terminated

• Crypto: typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Any portion of the balance tied to unmet wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place a specified amount in bets — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a 10× wagering requirement means you must bet ৳10,000 to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus.

• Players are generally given 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements may not apply to certain games or betting markets.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Goalsbet reserves the right to investigate and void the bonus if necessary.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a technical error occurs in the odds, Goalsbet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Late bets placed during live betting may sometimes be rejected.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant policy.
• In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, government directives), Goalsbet may temporarily suspend betting.

Minimum & Maximum Bet

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed next to the relevant market.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Goalsbet:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses
• Using bots or automated software to play
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion betting with other players
• Intimidating or threatening platform staff
• Attempting to bypass the verification process with false information

Goalsbet may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraud is suspected, until the investigation is complete
• KYC verification not completed within the required timeframe
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• If the player requests self-exclusion

Players may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned through the designated method (excluding any bonus balance).

Goalsbet believes that responsible controls are essential to healthy entertainment. We offer the following tools to protect our players:
